Role: producer & production manager
I covered casting (most roles), location scouting, logistics, and crew assembly.
Due to budget constraints, I secured an Edo-period house in Chiba that served as both set and living space.
While the director worked in Kyoto, I led rehearsals with the Japanese lead.
The project evolved from a short into a feature during production. Despite ongoing script changes, I maintained continuity and supported the director’s vision throughout prep and shoot.
The entire process was completed in one month. Editing is in progress.
